How should I cite an organizational leadership project (OLP)?

Organizational leadership projects (OLPs) are capstone projects completed by students in the Master of Arts in Leadership program at RRU. Those projects aren't formally published but are instead shared with the sponsoring organization. Accordingly, since the OLP isn't a public document, unless directed otherwise by an instructor, please treat an OLP as personal communication.
