Answer

The University of Toronto has a great resource on writing an annotated bibliography (a link to this resource is also available in Academic Writing). Please check your assignment description, and should there be discrepancies between the University of Toronto's recommendations and your assignment description, please follow the assignment description. If you are unsure about what is expected in the assignment, please speak with your instructor.
