APA Style (7th ed.)

Your approach will depend on how the survey was published. For example, if an organization conducted the survey, compiled the data, and published it as a report, please see How Do I Reference Grey Literature, Such as a Report, in APA Style?.

If the survey results aren’t publicly accessible, such as internal corporate research that you accessed via a company’s intranet, please cite the information as personal communication.

Finally, if you conducted a survey as part of your primary research, you may not need to cite the survey but rather can provide attributions to the research participants that use pseudonyms to protect the anonymity of those involved. See How Do I Cite My Original Research Results? for more information.
