If you're seeking information on writing a report, we suggest asking your instructor if she or he has a good example by a student in a previous cohort that she/he could share with you. By speaking with your instructor and seeing an example, you can get clarification about the specific expectations of your assignment.

You'll be able to find lots of information about writing reports with a Google search, but since you're writing it as an academic assignment, checking with your instructor will give you more specific information. There are so many types of written reports (e.g., see "Report") that it would be easy to follow online instructions that may not align with what's required in your assignment.
